The Warsaw Stock Exchange pursues a strategy based on a group of companies which enable a vertically integrated model of services related to stock exchange trading in financial instruments and services supporting the development of the capital market.

The parent entity of the Group is the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych SA, WSE), which organises a secondary market of financial instruments comprising regulated markets and alternative trading systems. The WSE offers a broad range of products and services related to trading in equity securities, derivative and fixed-income instruments, structured products; it also sells market information.
